Amish House has been a cornerstone of Westfield since day one — a place where furniture is not manufactured, but made. Each table, chair, and cabinet is shaped by hand in the nearby Amish communities, using hardwoods selected for density and grain, joined with methods that predate power tools by centuries.

We believe a home should feel like a home — grounded, warm, and honest. That means no veneers hiding particle board, no fasteners chosen for speed over strength. Just solid wood, careful joinery, and finishes that deepen with time rather than wear through it.

Solid Hardwood

We use only select hardwoods — maple, cherry, oak, and walnut — sourced from responsible forests. No MDF, no veneer, no hidden shortcuts. What you see is what you get, through and through.

Made to Order

Every piece is built after you choose it — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. That means your furniture is made for your space, your needs, and your timeline. Patience is part of the process, and the result is worth it.

Built to Last

Traditional joinery — dovetails, mortise and tenon, corner blocks — replaces staples and glue. These are the methods that have survived three hundred years. Your grandchildren will inherit pieces that still stand straight.
